If you've been eyeing a luxury glamping trip this summer, this promotion could help you earn a sizable stash of World of Hyatt points in the process.

Cardholders with the World of Hyatt Credit Card (see rates and fees) can earn up to 100,000 points on eligible stays at Under Canvas locations and select affiliated resorts — including Ulum Moab, The Fields of Michigan and Bar N Ranch.

Here's how the promotion works, and how to qualify.

How the elevated earning works

Through this limited-time promotion, World of Hyatt cardholders can earn:

  • 9 base points per dollar as a World of Hyatt member
  • 11 additional bonus points per dollar from the limited-time promotion

That adds up to 20 total points per dollar spent on eligible stays.

How many points you could earn

This promotion has the potential to yield substantial rewards, especially on longer stays.

For example:

  • A three-night stay at Ulum Moab (average $604 per night) could earn around 36,000 points
  • A three-night family stay at Under Canvas White Mountains (average $646 per night) could earn nearly 39,000 points
  • A four-night stay in the El Capitan Suite at Under Canvas Yosemite (average $1,217 per night) could earn close to 100,000 points

That Yosemite suite sleeps up to six guests, which could bring the per-person nightly cost to roughly $203 if split evenly.

Based on TPG's April 2026 valuation of World of Hyatt points at 1.7 cents each, those earnings would be worth approximately $612, $663 and $1,700, respectively.

Is this deal worth it?

Luxury glamping stays at Under Canvas and similar properties often cost several hundred dollars per night, particularly during peak summer travel season. While this promotion doesn't reduce the up-front cost, it can generate a substantial number of World of Hyatt points in return — especially for longer stays or group bookings.

Hyatt has more than 1,300 properties worldwide, which means you'll have plenty of options when it comes to redeeming the points you earn — including at high-end brands where you can often get outsize value.

For travelers who already hold the World of Hyatt Credit Card and are planning an outdoor getaway, the elevated earning rate can help offset the premium price tag. And if a luxury glamping trip has been on your wish list, this might be the nudge you need to finally book one.

However, if you weren't already considering a stay at one of these properties, this promotion alone likely isn't compelling enough to justify the cost.

Bottom line

If you hold the World of Hyatt Card and are considering a luxury glamping trip this summer, this promotion could deliver a sizable points haul. Just be sure to register by June 12 and complete your stay by Sept. 8 to maximize earnings.
