Editor's Note

This is a recurring post, regularly updated with new information and offers. Some of the offers below may be targeted.

From bonus points on your next hotel stay to sales on award tickets, we're always looking for travel deals that help you earn more points and miles and redeem them for maximum value. In other words, we want to help you book the vacation of your dreams.

This week, we found savings of up to $200 on new Away bags with this targeted credit card offer. Delta Air Lines' latest flash sale has round-trip flights to Malta for under 23,000 SkyMiles, and you can book premium-cabin seats to England for as few as 9,000 Citi points each way.

We also rounded up the best World of Hyatt properties to book with points before the program's award chart changes in May. And you still have a few days left to unlock a $250 travel credit and 75,000 Capital One miles with this stellar credit card welcome bonus.

We help our readers each week by rounding up promotions so they don't have to scour the internet for the best reward redemptions and offers. This includes everything from frequent flyer programs and hotel rewards programs to credit card offers and rental car deals. Here's our latest list of noteworthy new points and miles promotions for April.

Airline loyalty program promotions (April 2026)

Southwest Airlines plane at gate
LESLIE HARVEY/THE POINTS GUY

Airline loyalty programs can offer trip discounts on specific dates, the opportunity to earn more points or miles for future travel, and exclusive deals to accumulate points or miles toward elite status. Below are some of the best offers we found for April.

Double your points with Southwest's flash sale

Southwest Airlines just launched a flash sale that can earn you double Rapid Rewards points on your next flight. That means a basic member with no elite status could earn a total of 4 points per dollar spent on a Basic fare, 12 points per dollar spent on a Choice fare, 20 points per dollar spent on Choice Preferred and 28 points per dollar spent on Choice Extra.

Qualifying flights include one-way or round-trip itineraries operated by Southwest and paid for with cash or cash and points. Register and book your flight by April 12.

Earn 500 United miles or Atmos Rewards points for shopping online

Airline shopping portals are an easy way to earn bonus miles on everyday purchases — and right now, you can amplify your earnings with spring bonuses at two popular ones.

Atmos Rewards Shopping and United MileagePlus Shopping are offering 500 bonus points or miles when you spend at least $100 across all retailers through April 17 and April 15, respectively. These are advertised as mystery bonuses, so it's possible you'll be targeted for a different offer.

Earn 5X Lufthansa miles on Wyndham stays

Miles & More, the loyalty program of Lufthansa and several other European airlines, is offering five times the miles at over 8,000 Wyndham Rewards properties this spring and summer.

Normally, Wyndham Rewards members earn 1 or 2 airline miles per dollar spent on qualifying stays at most brands, depending on whether they hold Wyndham elite status. With this promotion, you could bump that up to 5 or 10 Miles & More miles per dollar.

To take advantage of this offer, sign in to your Wyndham Rewards account and change your earning preference to Miles & More miles. Then book by May 31 and stay by Aug. 31.

Hotel loyalty program promotions (April 2026)

IHG

Hotel loyalty programs occasionally offer discounted stays and new ways to earn extra points. Here are some April deals to consider when booking your next stay.

Earn triple IHG points on spring stays

With this flash sale from IHG One Rewards, you can triple your earnings on stays — but you'll need to act fast.

Register and book by April 11 to earn three times the base points at participating properties in select countries. This includes many countries in Europe, as well as Japan, New Zealand and South Africa. Complete your stay(s) by May 22.

In addition, if you aren't yet a member of IHG One Rewards, you'll want to take advantage of this offer. You can snag 3,000 bonus points just for joining and completing your first stay within 21 days.

Save 20% on Hyatt redemptions in Las Vegas

If a trip to Sin City is in your plans, this promotion can help you save on a World of Hyatt award stay.

You can get 20% of your points back at participating Las Vegas hotels and resorts when you register, book and stay by July 31. This effectively works as a rebate, so you'll need the full number of points in your Hyatt account to book; 20% will be returned to your account within two to three weeks after checkout.

Earn 5,000 bonus Wyndham points at Caesars hotels

The deals don't end there. Wyndham Rewards is offering bonus points at select Caesars Rewards destinations, including in Vegas, Reno and Atlantic City.

You can save up to 25% on cash rates and earn 5,000 bonus Wyndham points when you stay two or more consecutive nights at participating Caesars Rewards properties. You can redeem these points toward future Wyndham stays, or transfer them to your Caesars Rewards account until Sept. 30 and redeem them for a $50 food-and-beverage credit during a future stay at participating Caesars Rewards hotels.

Book by April 30 for stays through Sept. 1; blackout dates apply.

If you jump on this deal, be sure to check your credit card offers for stackable savings. We've recently seen a targeted Chase Offer and an Amex Offer that could give you money back at participating Caesars Rewards properties; scroll down for more details.
